I feel like the concept of Drop died and now it’s just another website to buy things, except when you do, good luck on any returns/warranty/etc.
I purchased er2xrs from here, absolutely hated them, couldn’t return them. Never using this website again. The buyer should NOT take it on the chin, the seller should. If they can’t, then say hello to Amazon and pack your bags as a seller.

C'mon.... Every single Leatherman drop that just flooded the site are drowning in complaints about not being better pricing than anywhere else, with the "bonus" of taking forever to ship.....and THAT is the one point anyone from the company chooses to respond to?

KavikThe draw is... Just like Sears, they realize that the model doesn't work anymore and now they're just milking the website for its reputation it previously had.
This is why I'm very worried about older brands, I'm much more trusting of newer brands for this very reason.
This has basically turned into a website with really pretty pictures cool layout a great community and absolutely terrible buying experience/shipping times. I have seen tons of people complaining about not getting their products even after waiting for four months, some end up not getting their product at all.
League544I NEVER received my Gent and after months I just was offered a refund, but no offer to reshiip, although the knife was still available (at double the price)..... I have NEVER had anything 'lost in the mail' from Drop, Amazon, Gearbest or anywhere else.
ve7vieExactly, many others have made this same complaint, never receiving their items after waiting for half a year, then NO compensation for it other than what they're forced to offer. They can't just flat out tell you to take a hike, or else they'd get sued to smithereens. The fact that you wasted this person's time for MONTHS and don't offer compensation is a joke, and it goes to show you, that unlike Amazon, the guys at Drop are ALL about short term profit, they couldn't dare be bothered to cut into their yatch fund to make sure customers receive the service they are promised. Jeff Bezos made ZERO profit for decades, that's how you build an empire, not the gypsy flea shop we see here. In my home country, if you ask for a refund you get JUMPED or beaten, this is America its sad to see these tactics employed by million dollar college fund kids who don't know how to run a long term business.
