We spoke to the vendor earlier today and have new info for the group. The reason for the delay was due to wide spread shortages, because of the holiday season. We were able to coordinate with the vendor and get them to pull inventory from retail shelves for the group. The orders were shipped out via upgraded shipping by the vendor and arrived at our warehouse, where our team was standing by to get these reshipped to you as soon as possible.
More than 98% of orders are now on their way to the group and the few remaining will go out shortly.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/24 or sooner if something comes up.
