Great economical gaming solution for IPS buffs. The 1ms response boost really helps with RTS games and the colors are terrific. Unfortunately adaptive sync only works with AMD GPUs since it’s an HDMI only monitor and NVIDIA requires display port for adaptive sync.
Excellent display. Good colors and brightness. Love that you can change the angle as well. Lightweight and plenty of ports on the back for what I need (Xbox One and Nintendo Switch) The only thing I would change, that isn't nor should be a deal breaker is that the active display inst the full screen size (Attached). I hardly ever notice it now but it is nice so that you don't lose any picture.
Terrible experience with this monitor.
On arrival the monitor had several clusters of dead pixels. Sent the monitor to LG's RN service. Two weeks later got the monitor back and LG determined there was nothing wrong and did not make any repairs - monitor still had clusters of dead pixels, but now had incredibly awful light bleeding and scratches all over the display and bezels. Contacted LG again, they said to send it over again and that this time they would "do a better job." Sent the monitor out. Two weeks later monitor arrives again with a new display that had even worse light bleed and a whole new set of dead pixels in different locations, and even worse bezel damage. Contacted LG again and they, once again, asked me to send it in. Sent the monitor out yet again and a week later they say the monitor is beyond repair and issue me a refund.
This is the abridged version of my experience. Bottom line, LG customer and RN services are the absolute worse.
