Just got it, I was impressed with the packing until I find it shipped with out a BATTERY. One star for packing. Now I have to find out how to return it. Very disappointing. Not going to go by a battery for it.
TueraiNo I read the the long list of specs. And assumed they would include a relatively cheap battery with such an expensive flash lite, So the people buying it would be able to enjoy it as soon as they received it. There is no line that says "BATTERY NOT INCLUDED" Purchase separately. Just shows you how much they care about the end buyer. And I am entitled to my opinion about what I buy and whatI receive. Now I can not tell you or anyone if the flash lite is any good or not till the BATTERIES I have ordered get to me. Tuerai.
BoxmarI would say it is right in the middle price-wise, depending on if you consider it to be in the same class as all the ones that just take AAAs instead of 18650s or 26650s. I guess massdrop could've been more clear, but their article copywriters can't get everything right all the time. Maybe they'll read this thread and change the ad for next time.
BoxmarThat's no reason to give it 1 star .
Also you should know that it cannot ship with batteries for security reasons.
I was also abit troubled by the lack of batts at first but I found out what type of batts it takes, bought some and the flashlight works flawlessly since .
