HofyNope, those are not recommended by the manufacturer. Just use a Eneloop Pro AAA and it will work like a charm.

Dr.OetqerI was wondering if they would work. I have an L3 Illuminations L10C with a 3.7v lithium in it that is crazy bright and they do not recommend it but it does work.

HofyAh ok, I see. I'm sure it will produce some light, probably a bit more as the regular recommended one's but will also produce a lot more heat which can cause malfunctions and shorten the lifespan of the Tool Ti. Honestly, I didn't try because for my intended purpose I'm fine as it is now and I don't have a 10440 available at the moment. Maybe someone else does have experience with this and will share it with us.
