On the first page everyone defended Massdrop's pricing (which generally sucks unless you only want to buy one thing and don't mind waiting forever). Now, everyone complains that it takes too long to ship and you actually would have paid more to get sooner. Well guess what? Ordering at Amazon or another game dealer would have gotten you exactly that. Yeah, I got my copy (with free shipping at $100) last week.
You guys go ahead and keep defending Massdrop prices, but I'll go ahead and pay a few more bucks to play the game inside a week or pay LESS per game on a bigger order to get free shipping. Oh, and better customer service to boot.

ultraconsumerWait, so you don't actually shop here? You just log in to argue with people who do? What a weird existence...

ultraconsumerI think that this pricing is actually pretty decent, especially if people don't want to have to buy a lot of games to get the $100 free shipping. However, my biggest problem is the lack of clear communication (asides from 'wait a few more days for an update') on something that was supposed to ship on the 7th. The wait is unexpected, because 1) this is my first (and probably last) time buying from Massdrop, and 2) the title included the word 'presale'. As has been previously pointed out, having the word presale suggests we might get it earlier than other retailers could get it to us, but failing that, at least in reasonable time for shipping. What's the likelihood of actually having them ship to us by the end of the week?

daaperI've bought a number of things at Massdrop when it made sense. Unfortunately, for games, it's never been a good deal to buy here. Too bad, because I buy a lot of games =(
