What is the true lug-to-lug measurement ? I have 6.5 inch wrist (true 6inch) and 2.2 inch width (flat-top). would this be too big on me?

mnikEnd to end is approximately 2 1/8 inches. Lug to lug is slightly smaller as there's a small distance from the end to the lug as can be seen in the photo.
