Just got mine, but is the light supposed to be so dim?

So I actually just realized, after letting it sit there for about an hour that it has three brightness settings LOL. The top setting is definitely up to par what I was expecting from this size of a light; I had been turning it on on low mode only the whole time, and it felt like my batteries were dead or something. Crisis averted :)
Though I wish this was mentioned somewhere, since I'm sure others might get disappointed too at first. The card that came with the light didn't mention different brightness settings, and I didn't notice it in the description until all the way at the bottom for the details.

ColdFusionSame boat. Then I got click happy and was rewarded. Button is very nice.

ColdFusionIndeed the lack of some simple instructions is an issue, I first was not impressed with the brightness... but now that I am aware of the clicky settings I am fairly pleased.
