quihgonif you can keep the legs clean, sure, with some sort of cover it might suit you well. But if you're prone to getting messy, I wouldn't recommend it. Might look just a bit bare as an island imo tho

quihgonThere are better alternatives. This will probably wobble when you manipulate large amounts of dough.
