I was very excited to finally put my sit-to-stand desk together and it seemed to got together with no issue at all. Unfortunately once I completed assembly and plugged it in the up/down buttons did not work and it only moved when I selected one of the presets (#2). The movement was just the left side of the desk which raised an inch before I got an error message on the screen. Now nothing works (no buttons do anything) even if I unplug it and plug it back in and even if I hold the down button for 5 seconds as the instruction manual suggests). I have a sit-to-stand desk that's stuck at about 3' high.

Tyler_AI work with the controllers on these desks. They are hit and miss. In a recent roll out we discovered as high as a 2% failure rate, the controller needed to be replaced. You've got about a 1 in 75 chance of getting a bad one and having to RMA. The controller tries to detect if the two legs are at the same height. If they get out of wack, the controller returns an error. When the display shows an error (e.g. "ERR 04") you can hold the DOWN arrow until it shows "RST" then release and hold the DOWN button again until the desk goes all the way down. Then it should be reset. Not all errors are recoverable.
