Frankly the best deal in high end IEMs
These punch so far above their weight class it is ridiculous. I've been contemplating getting some CA Andros but just haven't felt the need. I added an Advance M3 BT cable for wireless use and worked great. Massdrop needs to add true wireless capabilities to these.

tknxSell 'em before they break and upgrade. It's a pretty different sound signature...but CA Andros absolutely demolish these.

tinyteaYes - but OP specifically mentioned considering CA Andromeda. If the need to upgrade is "not being felt" it could be because OP has never heard nor spent significant time listening to a set of Andromedas. I'm not suggesting that everyone needs a $1K+ IEM to get great sound and enjoy their music. MD Plus IEMs actually sound amazing, particularly for their price. But the fatal flaw for me is that build quality was (is?) atrocious, warranty and customer service are insufficient. Another example of a great budget-friendly IEM that is "more than enough" for most people in terms of overall sound quality is the Nuforce EDC 3. These are a steal and are **excellent** performers if you want a neutral signature BA IEM...plus decent enough build quality that has held up under moderate usage for over 2 years. I'm saying if a set of CA Andros is in your budget and you decide buy a pair, I find it extremely unlikely that you'd say "these weren't a significant upgrade, I should have stuck with the MD Plus, which are almost as good and way less money"...it's just not even close between these two drivers on any dimension.
