View Full Discussion Wasn't going to post but it's now May 5th and I still haven't received them. I was expecting a longer delivery time since it's been shipped to the UK as apposed to being kept within NA.
However, the tracking number hasn't updated since April 28th from NJ (Secaucus, NJ, US PROCESSING COMPLETED AT ORIGIN)
Since it's with DHL Global Mail, I would imagine it has an international tracking number.
@CEE_TEE Could you please provide some information on the matter?
Yes, I'll look into this tomorrow...
Thanks for the quick response.
I'm trying to check on a couple of these that have not had updates very recently... They are handed off to local postal service and the updates end at a certain point. I had something show up to the office via overnight today that never showed any tracking so I am hoping you get them very soon!
Thanks for writing back and updating me. Much appreciated.
DHL should be offering a global tracking code since it's not a national post service. I'd make sense if it was USPS and the tracking stops within the US but it shouldn't be the case with an international, 3rd party company. Unless it's an additional fee that wasn't covered by Massdrop's shipping charge.
Since they're handed off to the local post, which would be Royal Mail in my case, is there anyway you could contact DHL to get them to request a tracking number from Royal Mail?
I did receive an additional regional tracking code with mine, and I live in Japan. When you check the DHL website tracking, goto the bottom of the page, it should be around there.
I'm in the same boat, tracking stopped at April 28th, the hand off postal tracking number ends in DE on the DHL tracking page so the theory is that it'll come from New Jersey to Germany then onto the UK. But neither DHL UK or the Royal Mail recognise that tracking number. So not looking good at the moment... I was really looking forward to these.
@Robillencio Thanks for that. I just noticed it now but it's the same issue. Both tracking codes show that it's in New Jersey.
I received an email from customer support informing me that it was handed over to Deutche Post... but again, no proof of that on my end. Just as I was writing this message, I noticed the reply above mine. Which specifies the same issue.
So as far as we know (Twistercoo and I) that our headphones are in... Germany? No confirmation on my part but it lines up with the separate, personal email I received:
" Next week I can look into this to see if we can find out where they are…
I do have a Deutschepost tracking number for the leg after DHL:
Please let me know if you receive them or get any good updates.
If not by Monday, I’ll work on this with logistics to get you sorted.
Sorry for the delay!"
So it seems like it is coming our way. I just want to be kept in the loop as I don't expect a parcel, being shipped over seas, to arrive on my doorstep within a couple days. However, it's confusing and irritating when the time scale and location just goes out the window.
I'm seeing exactly the same on a shipment to the UK. I have a Deutsche Post tracking number from the DHL page, but its last update is that the shipment was in Newark on April 29th, with no update since :(
Also in the same boat. Not had an update since April 28th.
First status update on parcel since April 28th

GBSLOX, GB DEPARTED FROM TRANSIT FACILITY
Same here, it's getting closer!
Yay, it's only happened in the last two hours since my last check, the UK is finally getting some love
Looks like we will be getting them very soon!
ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION COUNTRY – TRACKING UPDATES MAY END HERE, DELIVERY SHORTLY
Looks like these are making their way to you all, I'm trying to keep an eye on things with you...
Tracking updated to attempted delivery, not sure how they weren't able to deliver to a 24 hour manned office...
I sent my order to my workplace as well.
Good ol' DHL. Well at least you're still getting updates... My pair arrived in the mysterious land of GBSLOX and chooses to remain there.
Mine is at my local sorting office for delivery, but firstly I have to wait for the Royal Mail ransom note regarding how much customs I need to pay then delivery possibly next week. So near yet so far away...
Update - the headphone hostage negotiator talked down the Royal Mail and my headphones have been released... I have them... I hope you all get your headphones soon...
Wait, we're going to have to pay an additional fee?
You're joking... right...???
A chance of custom fees unless you get lucky!
Out of all the Massdrops I've received only about 3 had no custom charges, hopefully there are no charges for you.
Got my headphones! Even after the failed attempt this morning, no custom charge either!
Glad to "hear" you guys received your headphones. Hopefully mine arrive soon :)
