For anyone curious, just look at the price of the ZT0022CF. That little bugger in 20CV with carbon fiber and titanium scales is 200 bucks. Now Imagine doing a knife the size of the mordax, and what it would cost.

RynryderPlus only the lock side of the ZT 22CF is titanium. They use flat machining on the scales then stand offs to link the two halves together. Pro-Tech completely machines 2 perfect halves that fit flawlessly together with no extra parts. The cost is way more than half of the knife being a flat piece of titanium. I think many people don't realize the difference in machining and cost.
