Are the blades easy to replace?

Easy is relative. You do have to remove the screws to pull the two halves apart to replace the blade. Easy? Sure. Fast? Not so much.

How long does each blade last?
as long as any hobby knife blade and depends what you use it for, if you need it super sharp all the time you are going to replace it often. if you just need something to open boxes it will last forever.

What type of blades fit ..#11 does not and I have seen mention before, I have the copper one and a #11 fits perfect but not so with Ti..please help?
when buying replacement blades make sure you get #11 but there's two versions. the one with the short hole is the wrong one you need to get the blades with the longer/taller hole. i found that x-acto Z-brand blades fit well. just make sure that when looking at the eye-hole on the blade it looks really long/tall

It does NOT lock so you don't have to worry about poking yourself? I probably misunderstanding something here, but wouldn't locking prevent it from poking you?

There is a spring that creates tension holding the blade in. You have to purposefully extend it to expose the blade. Haven’t had any issues.
