BrandThe Dogtooth is awesome, I'm glad I joined that drop. It's basically perfect for light clothing or a cargo pocket, and the Wharncliffe profile is outstanding. WE crushes everything they do.

I dont want to jinx it--we've some ways yet to go to December--but I offer a deep, silent, respectful bow and a big, exuberant, American"hell yeah!" to the folks at We. We jammin' (figured if I was going to make one clumsy, uncomfortable, culturally appropriative comment, why not just go for it with two?)
And the next update will in early December, I see. I will most definitely put it on my calender.

Yepper. I know it can take a bit for MD to do there quality check and then ship them out but it's looking good for getting this one before Christmas witch I wasn't sure was nessasarly going to happen. 👍😆

Hi John I ordered the Pelagic in Aqua Blue. I understand how it feels to be worried about customs screwing you over with your latest knife order. Canadian Customs has some real BS going on right now as well. That's one of my favorite things about Massdrop. They guarantee you ether get your Knife or your money back. Non of the other dealers I've spoken to were willing to make that guarantee.

T.willyChinese shopping is usually at least a couple of weeks, up to three or four was still quite normal when I used to order things from Ali and whatnot.

OmniseedI can't believe I completely forgot to take that into account. I order cheap stuff from China all the time so I am aware of how long it can take but I guess I thought that was only because I was ordering from Aliexpress that includes free shipping. Thanks for the heads up Omniseed. ✌

No I didn't get an email but after I posted my question to you it crossed my mind that I had only been going straight to the last few comments of this thread. That if there was any new information it would be at the top so I looked and found the post saying the knives have arrived and should be shipped by the 14th witch is great news like you said. T.willyShipping label created and my tracking will be updated when moving. Christmas comin' early boiiz! I was born in water; I have always been a swimmer. That correlation coupled with this just seeming to me like a perfect example of what modern machining can do. This knife is old school meets new school cool. Somethings about it just really call to me. Looking forward to it! Now comes the part where I periodically check my shipping status every few hours.🤯

ponagathosI thought the exact same thing the first time I saw those pictures. 😲 I'm thinking this one's gonna become another Massdrop staple like the Falcon & The Crux. 😆 I'd love to get one in the Raw Titanium with a cool milling pattern and just anodize the milling if that's something that's doable that is. 👊😎

T.willyI recently made my first foray into the mysteries of the Dremel tool, so I can say with a bit of confidence: you could sand/Dremel brush off the anodization fairly easily, if the raw Ti never becomes an option. And the mail carrier literally just appeared on my porch as I was typing; he SHOULD be delivering my Thresher, so...fingers crossed.

T.willySuper smooth. If I'm being very picky, the detent is a hair stiffer than I'd consider "perfect", but that gives it an excellent chance to break into "perfect". I'm going to post a review in a bit, but the summary is: outstanding in every way except pocket clip, which is decent, just not as great as the rest of the knife--9/10.
