I think I might be the only person extremely disappointed in these. My dollar store earbuds seem to have better quality and no fuzzy sounds with the in line mic. I'm quiet displeased at the overall sound. The build quality is fairly decent but they feel a lot cheaper than they are.

Superpine23You might want to see if you can get a replacement pair. I have had a nonsense amount of headphones, (on ear, over ear, in ear... everything) a friend of mine and I are both musicians, and for the price we agree these cannot be beat, we even tested them against a significantly more expensive set of IEMs, of which basically everything won on the higher end set, except sound quality, while the more expensive sound slightly better, not enough to justify the multiplication in price. Also, we tested the mic with calls on Wi-Fi calling, low service calls and full service calls. All sounded clear to both of us. That being said, everyone's ears are different and prefer different tones and sound profiles. This may just be you, but considering what you said I feel you just may have gotten a faulty set. It is unfortunate, but does happen in the world of electronics. Hope you get it figured out!

AudioJJsometimes people mix up sound quality for sound preference, i've heard many headphones, iems etc that have a sound signature i prefer but overall i can tell that they aren't as good sound quality compared to others i've heard.
