Just got them yesterday, today tried changing into soft foam tips and the medium tip broke. Is there anyway to get a replacement tip or are there compatible tips which I can purchase?
ElvanThere is a lot of friction between the tip and the nozzle and ideally the tip should be removed by pulling the and slightly rotating at the same time, or by using your needly to slightly pull from the end of the inner tube.
There are lot of compatible tips. I like Spinfits but you could use Spiral dots as well, for example.
If you're in USA we can arrange you new tips. Please send me your contact details jyri.jokirinta (a ) optoma.com

JyriHello! After a few months of using these, I was switching out the tips and ran into the same problem as Elvan. I won't ask you to send me new ear tips, but could you please verify for me whether the Spiral Dot eartips listed as "VICTOR JVC EP-FX9M-B Spiral Dot Earpiece " on Amazon would fit the EDC3 or, if not, which ones would? Thank you.
Though it's tiny, it manages to power even high ohm headsets with amazing accuracy. It works great with the drop usb-c to usb-c and my Phillips shp-9600. Soon enough I'll be using the Akoustyx...
