How do i fix this blade being loose issue?

Loose is not descriptive enough. If there is vertical play when opened, that is a warranty deal. If the blade is closed and rattles, that is the detent and another warranty deal. If the play is side to side, it is probably a pivot adjustment, and you may need to apply heat, as other said, and do the adjustment. If you apply locktite to the threads, use blue medium strength, adjust the pivot and leave the knife alone for a day or two. Threadlocker cures in the absence of air and it takes a little time. Don't use too much or it will be tough to disassemble later.

I would not use a soldering iron. I hold a heat gun between my knees with the nozzle close to vertical. (HFT stuff) I hold the knife and the Torx driver in the heat stream and when the screw starts turning, remove it from the heat and finish the extraction. If the screws are loose, simply remove them, add Loctite, and replace.

So it has some SUPER strong lock tight on all the screws. Use a solder iron to try heating up and breaking loose the lock tight. Be careful not to damage the knife. Then just tighten the pivot screw

BillyZThis is really odd. I thought you were referencing side to side play. Is the lock bar engaging all the way? Do you have any tools to strip it apart?
How does this ride in the pocket? Is it deep or shallow carry?

It doesn’t disappear, but it definitely isn’t overly pronounced sticking out. I’d say that only a little over half an inch shows above the pocket line. Great knife, I’d definitely recommend it!

What makes a folding knife tactical?

There is no clear definition. It’s probably most “correctly” used for an EDC knife that is modeled after a fighting knife, or an EDC knife that has features that would make it decent for self defense as it’s secondary purpose, such as a blade good for piercing, easy one handed opening or a robust build. Most often these days, companies slap “tactical” on a knife because it sounds cool and sells knives. But in the case of this knife, it’s probably permissible to call it “tactical” because its design is based on Bob Terzuola’s ATCF, which is a combat folding knife.

What's the best way to sharpen and maintain this?

Water stones are the best way to sharpen any knife. Most people will not want to invest the time and money in a set of Naniwa Choseras or Shapton Glass stones though. Chances are if you're reading up on this you don't have much experience sharpening knives. But if you're on a budget go with the Lansky sharpening set. If you have deeper pockets and lots of knives, look at the Edge Pro and Wicked Edge sharpening systems.

How is the clip secured to the handle? I do not see any external screws.

Terzuola magic! Screw from the inside. Check out YouTube, somebody completely disassembled one.
