Not really. As the details specify, choose a size 2-4in larger than your usual waist size. I went with 4in and it’s just perfect for me.

dufffaderI think the belt is true to size, most pants are horrible about vanity sizing. I measured a belt that fits with a tape measure and ordered that size and it fits perfectly.
