I would be very wary of this company as I purchased a macropad from them and VIA nor QMK recognize the device properly and apparently, they don't give a shit. No support and "programmable" was a straight-out lie. I now own a weird switch tester that can't be returned.

I followed the instructions on wiki.keebmonkey.com, downloaded VIA 1.3.1 and the .JSON file for the 30%, but every time I try to upload the file, VIA freezes. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Any work arounds?
