I'd just like to write my experience with the key puller, as I feel it might influence others purchasing choices in the future. So, after something like a month and a half after purchasing I received it in a minimalist but effective package. Sure, I can excuse that, I understand Massdrop isn't in charge of when the manufacturer sends the product. Immediately upon receiving I admired the quality aesthetics to it and started the job of pulling all they keys off my board, because I had white LED's and wanted to put on my color changers.
It worked seamlessly and quickly, and I was satisfied until I started to notice the wires bending and loosening. Easy fix just by pressing and bending them back into place whenever they'd get lose. Worked great with that fix until I reached the last few keys on my board, when I suppose I pulled a bit too hard and one of the wires just broke out. I thought this'd be an easy fix with some hot glue, so I took at it.
After letting the glue dry I tried again to take off the stubborn key, but much to my surprise my fix had the opposite intended effect. I managed to break off all of the wire prongs with one pull of a key. So now I'm sitting here with a broken keypuller I paid and waited a month for and I still can't manage to get that damn escape key off.
TL;DR: Quality constructed handle, contrarily weak and fragile wire prongs and molding. Broke.
