Is this really cherry profile? Momoka’s website says oem so I’m confused.

I believe the MOMOKA Matsuri New Year Keycap Set is actually OEM profile, based off the following product image:

In the product image, the bottom ≈1 mm of the keycaps taper off, a characteristic most commonly found on OEM profile keycaps. Cherry profile keycaps tend to end abruptly:

Also in the product image, the surfaces of the R5 and R4 keycaps are angled slightly. R5 and R4 of Cherry profile keycaps tend to have relatively flat surfaces, whereas the surfaces of R5 and R4 OEM keycaps are offset at a slight angle:

Hello All, I am new to this so I would appreciate some inputs - would I be needing a frame and switches to complement these keycaps? Please recommend what switches I need to purchase, I am guessing the frame is dependent on the size of the keyboard I am looking to build? Thanks
