ToffeNo, you need something in $75+ range. More like $100+ for the full experience.

I wouldn't just lump them into price categories. I know plenty of ~$60 headphone amps that will power the 250 990's. And $100 amps that won't.
Price =/= Quality

ZeosPanteraSpecs =/= quality. Just because it can power something doesn't they'll produce good sound, nor will it tell us anything about the amp's build quality.
