Just a quick update on the status of the drop.
A small batch of shipment of the keyboard arrived Monoprice's facility earlier this week, and Monoprice was able to shipped up just over 40% of the orders in this drop. We talked to Monoprice earlier today, and we were informed the next shipment is scheduled to arrive their facility by 5/8. All the remaining orders will be fulfilled with this shipment.
We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused by this delay. We understand this delay is rather undesirable, and as a token of the appreciation for your patience we'd like to offer a $10 partial refund to the members that are still waiting for the orders to be shipped. This partial refund will be settled into your payment account within the next 24 to 48 hours. If you would prefer not to wait and want to cancel your order instead, please contact support via your transaction page, and we'll take care of your request right away.

Hi I'm new to Drop and i just received my Keyboard i have been waiting for months for by Drop x MTN Dew x Borderlands movie and didn't know if there was a software like Logitech's for the keyboards. if anyone could help please let me know
