Mine was dropped so hard it split the foam support right in half. Needless to say the monitor is going to have to be returned. Probably just going to ask for a refund since my replacement will probably be too bright. Does anyone know if it is faster to contact mass drop or monoprice for this?

jasonfContact monoprice I think your order number is the 7 digit reference number of your ups label. Monoprice sent me a return label the next day. Great service too bad about the brightnes.
