Mine has a red stuck pixel. I have sent 2 emails to support@massdrop.com but have not received a reply to either; what is the procedure here regarding exchanges?

kemurphyI know its been a while since you posted this but monoprice said that they wont consider replacing the monitor if they dont have more than 4 to 5 pixels since the pixels are so small.

JosephAlWhy isn't Massdrop replying to correct this misunderstanding? They explicitly state in the description of this item that they'll replace any monitor with any defective pixels at all. I'm considering purchasing this but if there's any truth to what JosephAl has heard about these not be replacing there's no chance I'll buy this or anything else from Massdrop.
