Monoprice is awesome and issued me an RMA right away on my shipping-damaged monitor. I'm hoping they will ship a new one right away, rather than wait for the returned screen to arrive to them, as it will take UPS four days to get the new monitor returned to Monoprice. So far, they've been great to work with... hopefully it continues.

Grats to all those that got theirs in tip-top shape!

jepuntYep! I had to do an RMA with the last group buy. They will send you the replacement monitor first, and then you just send the defective one back.

AussiedezaI used Monoprice's LiveChat feature. The original CSR got me right over to an RMA representative, who gave me an RMA case number after a few minutes of time. They asked for a little bit of information (which was on a sticker on the outside box the monitor was shipped in) and that was it.

I got an email today confirming the RMA, along with a UPS shipping label. Printed it, attached it to the box, and dropped the package on the shipping line at work.
