A Solid Pedestal For Your Wrists
Not much to be said about this wrist rest, it's sleek, sturdy, and comfortable to use. I tend to sweat pretty easily, so a solid wrist wrest is a must for me. Foam won't cut it, wood is a marked improvement, but this solid glass rest is the best I've used so far. Definitely worth your consideration.
My only nitpick is that I would have preferred if the logo was only present on the bottom, rather than it being etched on the top. Would have made it look that much sleeker.

I bought TKL size and very happy with it. Heavier than it looks, cut well - all the edges are chamfered. Absolute fingerprint magnet but easy to clean and maintain.

A very satisfying piece, QC notwithstanding
My first impressions of this product were not amazing. The original unit I received appeared to have been hand carved... Possibly by an amateur, with how diagonal the bevel on the top face ended up being. Also, the right side had a slant that also ended up getting frosted. Over all, the QC was very poor, and that doesn't even mention the "rubber base," which is truly just a tiny little sheet of 10 rubber feet that you can install optionally.
That said, I still opted to request a replacement unit, and honestly, I'm glad I did. My second unit, while still not having a perfect form (slight rounding on one of the bottom edges), is exceptionally presentable, and the over all visual quality is amazing. Plus, as a wrist wrest, it does its job rather well. I never knew how badly I actually needed one before now, and I'm glad I decided to get this one. Oh yeah, and the tiny rubber feet still work well enough (though I might still opt to find a real rubber sheet to adhere).
Also, pro tip, if you're like me and excessively clean your stuff, you may happen to notice the frosted top face looking dry and powdery after wiping it down with Windex or eyeglass cleaner. A finger dab of petroleum jelly followed by a rub-down with a microfiber cloth will make it look as good as new.

Not the kind of quality I expected, for both product and service
First off, I had good impression of Drop's customer service. However, all these changed with this purchase.
Product wise, I paid at least a $10 premium for a $40 product, you can get these for $30+ from kprepublic (you're welcome). I chosen the premium because I thought I could trust drop with the QC and its customer serivce (in case product came broken in half).
I can't help to think that I received a b-stock item, there were blemishes and microchips along the edges of the glass, when I contacted drop, they told me this is third party vendor and couldn't drop anything about this. This is a huge middle finger to me, considering I paid a premium through drop, then on top of that had to pay shipping for these.
Tl;dr: Drop sent me what looks like b-stock item and forced me to accept it. Not the type of quality I expected from a $40 product.
Last purchase from drop ever.

My beveled edge was cut way out of line. The logo is also crooked :(. Seems like a nice product otherwise. Make sure to put the included bump-ons on the side that will touch your keyboard to keep from scratching your case!

Heavy and DURABLE!
I needed a new wrist rest that was durable as my old wooden one DID NOT stand the test of time, so this caught my eye immediately I was also hesitant to pull the trigger but I'm glad I did. HEAVY, cool to the touch, and BUILT LIKE A TANK!

Beautiful but blemished.
First the negative: Neither of which should be expected. (YMMV)
- The matte side has a pea sized stain or blemish that won't clean off with alcohol, soap, or a microfiber cloth. This is fine for me as I would avoid the logo, but the matte side feels a bit better.
- The glossy side has a bend near the edge where the right palm/wrist would go, though it's barely noticable so this is the side i'm using.
- The wrist rest is genuinely beautiful, especially on the glossy side. Despite some of the comments, this side doesn't pick up as many stains as the matte.
- Weight of the rest is surprising and gives it the feel of a premium product; hence it doesn't need the rubber pads and won't move around easily.

Feels great at first, but gets "balmy" and gross quickly
Do you live in a hot and humid climate? If so, you might need to skip this palmrest. In the hand it feels amazing; very well weighted, great texture, and good slight slope. Unfortunately both sides are not immune to results of the atmosphere. I imagine in a climate with a stable humidity/temp its incredible. If it gets a little humid where you live its basically glued to your wrists (regardless of side). If somehow they release a model immune to humidity I'll buy it immediately.
