Product Description
While the standard mechanical keyboards function fine, you’re seeking a more unique look that doesn’t detract from the central purpose. Constructed with floating keys that rise from the base to reveal the interior Kailh mechanical switches, the Noppoo Lolita Spyder 87 brings your typing up to a new plane of function Read More

I joined this drop in January of '15 and got the keyboard a month later. I have several keyboards that I rotate through, so it was a few months before I put any real mileage on this one. I love the style and the initial feel of the keys/switches, but after about two weeks of regular use several of the keys became unresponsive or registered double inputs. About a week later it got so bad that I had to stop using it entirely. This is the first mechanical keyboard I have actually thrown in the trash. Unfortunately a massive disappointment.

Would be great to see this drop again, perhaps with some Gateron switches?

Just following up after using my Spyder with Kailh reds for a few months (delivered in February.) They're scratchy, almost squeaky now. They feel bad. I'm buying a pack of Gateron browns to replace them. The board itself is solid (although it could use a detachable USB cable) but the switches just feel bad. I might be able to lubricate them and bring them back up to their original smooth feel, but I prefer browns anyway.

Still waiting for mine. Total shipping time estimate is 21 days to ship a keyboard. UPS Sure Post is the weirdest mashup of the UPS and USPS where packages disappear for many days before an update, you get two places to track a package, and there is the assurance it will take longer than either UPS or USPS would on their own. Sometimes I hate living in Alaska.
On the other hand, the Vargo stove I ordered arrived in under a week, for $2 shipping... outstanding.

Got mine in the mail yesterday. It's got a good weight to it, and it stays firmly in place on my desk even during rigorous typing. I'm very happy with my choice of Kahil blue switches - they seem to be a very close approximation of Cherry MX blues. This keyboard is a pleasure to use.

Hmm. For the price I shouldn't complain, but I will offer some observations. The painted metal base is uneven with little raised dots in random spots. The plastic undershell is loose. But it types well and looks good if you don't look too closely, especially with those sweet floating keys.
I bought it for the nice price, the "floating" keys which I love, and the opportunity to experience the MX-clone Brown Kailh switches.
