Broken keycaps
Set is ok but one key arrived broken. Now I can’t use it. DROP won’t reply to support emails asking for assistance either...

bighocThey will wait as long as possible to respond. The email will most likely hit your junk. If it takes two weeks to a month to get a response it’s because they hope you give up. If you dont Respond in a certain amount of time they can just automatically close your ticket. If they have too many issues to assess that means they either won’t hire more assistance or they have a faulty service that messes up often. Either way we lose.
