Massdrop offered me a replacement, however they said it could "Take a few weeks". They offered reimbursement instead, but it was really a negligible amount of money so I said no.
I'd highly recommend avoiding this product. Get one of the O shaped pullers instead.

ClipboardsI have one of the O-shaped ones and it works very poorly for all keys that aren't the most common size (i.e. letters, numbers and punctuation). I've almost damaged the puller and the keys when trying to remove space/shift/command/backspace, etc
