On purchase I was skeptical about build quality, but after 6 months of use, I have had no problems on a set of pullers that I have purchased.

Eh, super poor build quality. Used it a couple times and then it fell apart. Avoid this at all cost.

Now would be a good time for the people responsible for this drop to give us some answers about the quality control issues and tell us if they managed to solve the problem, since apparently quite a few customers got burned on the last drop.
A simple update on the situation would be much appreciated.

While this puller looks nice, I should share with the community that using any wire puller may dent the key caps' undersides, particularly if they are ABS Cherry and the switches are of the type that have more interference in their stems key cap assembly points like Cherry clears. I found that using two flat plates to remove key caps is far more safe in this particular case.

Gonna put this out there again to anyone buying it, but this thing breaks so easily. I bought it last time and the wires just snap from the base of the handle.

Bit expensive for what it is IMHO. Plus looking at previous comments it breaks easily

Come on new buyers, did they fix the issues? I loved how this felt and worked until it broke. Speak up! Otherwise people keep buying and supporting bad companies.

WhichwaydidheGoOne I'm hoping gets answered. Because it is a nice puller by material and design, just not by manufacturing and QC. :D
