I orderer the HEM 8 in the last drop in January, and got them on February 2nd. Now, not even two months later I suddenly have now low frequencies on my right earphone, probably one of the drivers is broken. I was really happy with these IEMs. Where can I ask for an replacement?

raspiceOh man, I just saw this because I'm having the same issues, too. It's not the drivers (which was what I initially thought as well) but the contact point with the cable is either corroded or not connecting. The right earphone would work momentarily when I switched to a new cable then it would go low again. Just 2 hours ago, I ran up the escalator to catch the train and it went back to normal and sounded great during the train ride. When I started my walk to the office, I touched the cable and it went low again. What gives?!

raspiceI contacted Massdrop the other day and we are past the 30 day warranty. I swear NuForce does not have an easy way to get a replacement or get it repaired. This sucks.

clesI'd share the email, but no lie. The issue seems to be common, btw. My replacement (RMA from Optoma) has the same problem that manifested after 6 weeks of use. AVOID these IEMs.
