I had a pair of this model and the temple detached because it is only attached to the hinge with two tiny rivets. The hinge also required a heavy effort and did not feel smooth. Oakley's quality has definitely declined after they were bought by Luxottica.

SlySithis is just a flowery way of saying how long the product would last so it sounds like 100yrs instead of maybe 2 or 3yrs.

SlySiOakley was bought out, their warranty has actually sucked for a while. They used to repair/rebuild my Juliet x metals for free, and now I have a pair sitting here that i'll have to pay to get refreshed.
