Big non-surprise: Oakywood is selling the oak version on Amazon for $76.50 with free 2-day delivery.

j.t.xThis site is such a joke these days. Everything I see that I'm interested in, is available elsewhere for cheaper. I miss MassDrop and the group buy in model

Very cool and I want one, but not at $80. 15W oh seriously. My Xiaomi wireless charger is 55W and that's not even the highest one they offer (IIRC, it goes up to 120W). I'll buy this at $40, and that would be for aesthetics only. Function wise, it's a simple, over night charger.

Every picture has an Apple product charging... and yet no magnets for magsafe orientation. Just Qi.

KfortI mean, a decent wireless charger would run around 40 dollars, I don't see anything unjust in charging premium for an aesthetic yet functional desk piece, they aren't forcing you to buy it. Ive seen some wildly expensive keyboards that offered nothing different than boards that cost 1/5th the price, other than a logo on the board or some small design difference, or the brass weight that you won't even see, so that goes to show people will gladly pay tons more for aesthetics over function itself
