Ive been trying to contact massdrop support for a while now, I have sent two contact messages. I ordered this two drops ago. My tracking info hasent been updated since december 13th and it was shipped on the 11th. I called usps and all they tell me is to contact the sender. Im unhappy with not getting a response, thought you guys were all about fast responses and customer service.

SleezyCCustomer Support is really bogged down from the holidays, but we've moved a lot of staff over there temporarily to help them catch up. They'll be in touch as soon as they possibly can!

IanAndersonHi, I have a quick question. I know it's probably to late for this, but is there any way I could change the size of the belt I ordered? I figured since they're probably still being made, it may be possible. I ask because I just got an Orion belt in the mail today (same belt as this drop), and it was too small. If it can't be done though, I understand.
