IpSifuI think it varies depending on how much you take care of it. Personally, I don't baby my stuff per se, but I don't toss them around and take decent care of them. I got mine from the last drop and despite accidentally tugging on them several times, the cable has been holding well. There are no strain relief as many have commented, but for the price, can't have it all. The sound quality makes up for it.

ZALHERARight now I'm considering these vs the Beyerdynamic DX 120 iE Earphones that's also currently up for a drop. Trying to find a 1 to 1 comparison but so far haven't turned out anything.

Great Little thing
Though it's tiny, it manages to power even high ohm headsets with amazing accuracy. It works great with the drop usb-c to usb-c and my Phillips shp-9600. Soon enough I'll be using the Akoustyx...
