Unfortunately my experience with Panzera’s watches has not been good. I’ve had three now, all of which have had issues. Although minor, it’s getting the details right that sets a good watchmaker apart from the rest.
I’m honestly disappointed because most of their designs are quite appealing, and I like their larger sized options, but the quality with my particular examples was not up to scratch.
The first problem I had was a faulty band on an Aqamarine. They allowed me to return it but I had to work very hard to get them to cover the cost of my return postage.
The second watch I had issues with was from their Breuer line. There was an obvious gap in the spacing between the marker dots on either side of the 12 indicator.
The third, also from their Breuer line had a scratch or mark of some kind on the inside of the sapphire crystal (admittedly, this was hard to see looking directly at the watch face, but once turned to the side was very noticeable)
All of these issues were minor in some respect, but nonetheless noticeable, and once seen, can’t be unseen and ignored. And, like I said earlier, it’s the details that count.
chancingI have absolutely no problems with my 2 x panzera watches. One of the best retail companies I have ever dealt with, wish there were as proactive and responsive as this company has been to me.
GivemecoffeeI have been in constant email contact with them and reached out to them to try and resolve the problem before I posted my review on here. However, since posting my review the person I was emailing (Eleanor) has refused to help me further.
DrgeeWould be interesting to hear the other side of the story... ie) why they refused to help you further? From many of the other comments they have said they have experienced excellent service so why would you not get the same.
drdonalds7I’d really like to hear their story as well. So far all I’ve gotten is that basically the uneven spacing is within normal tolerances and they can’t help me further because I posted a review here on Madsdrop. I’d be happy for someone higher up the line from Panzera to chime in further and elaborate.
