KablammoNickMine still says not found, but I am not in the US. But still, it should show US tracking information. I am in contact with the Dutch postal service, and they have never heard of 20 digit tracking numbers. But if they need to declare it to customs it should be in some kind of system right?
eeweewGot the same with the Dutch postal service. Strange, because USPS uses that kind of numbers: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action . At least they confirmed that the package has not arrived in The Netherlands, while normal delivery times are (usual) 6-10 working days.
@tangy, Australia should be about the same time as for The Netherlands. You can verify it on: http://ircalc.usps.gov/ . Altough I'm not sure which shippint type Massdrop uses.
FlapuitWell we are at 11 today, so there is no huge problem yet. What does your USPS number say, also still not found. If that is the case then our situations are equal, and our packages are probably together. Did you talk to PostNL on twitter?
I think they use first class international, because that is the cheapest you can get, and it doesn't have an international tracking number.
Edit: by the way, they are allowed to keep your package up to 30 days for customs inspection, and if it doesn't have a tracking number, this could be happening before the thing is coupled to our address, if that is the case we are fucked because we have no way of checking. At this point I can't even be sure that massdrop really did send the package, they just could have given me some fake number. I thrust that they did, but if it really disappears, who is responsible?
I want my pebble! I ordered some gadgetwraps 5 days after the pebble shipped and they got here (in an envelope) within 5 days.
