Support for Alternative Layouts
This is a summary of how alternative layouts have been supported by kits such as Colevrak and Homing. It is not a discussion of alt layout performance and development, but if that interests you I highly recommend starting with Pascal Getreuer’s A guide to alt keyboard layouts (why, how, which one?). It’s a concise and comprehensive overview with links to some great sites that go deeper. He also has a separate Links about keyboards page. The Keyboard layouts doc he recommends explains layout goals and metrics in detail, summarizing the alt layouts discussed here as well as more than one hundred others. I couldn't because I'm not from the USA, and the shipment pricr from my distant country is almost the same price as the kit, they didn't help me by sending only one pcb and I lost my money (I'm still on fire and come back from time to time to bother XD) I recommend buy the preonic, that one does not have that fault (the only defect is the usb port, since if you are not careful it can come off) but the planck keyboards are the best in the world, drop has its problems but it gives the cheapest planck keyboard
