FWIW, Im one of the lucky owners of the original Porsche Flat Six drop (it sold out in a few hours) and after some customer service questioning they confirmed that it comes with zero warranty. Which i find funny as the Law in Europe imposes a minimum warranty even for second hand purchases in all items sold.
But so far the watch its running awesome and for the price paid i will not mind to fork €250 for a complete revision in some years. But yeah, MD should be clear with this. The exact CS answer was: "If its not clearly stated in the description, the item has no warranty" , so heads up, fellows.
TrumanExcept where compelled by law.
In this case, Massdrop does business in the EU and therefore appears to be obligated to offer a 2 year warranty to all purchasers of products in the EU which they sell: http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm
I'm not a lawyer. I could be totally wrong due to a minor technicality. Still, this seems pretty clear cut.
