I'm not a lawyer. You should research this independently. This is just what my cursory googling has discovered.
FWIW, Im one of the lucky owners of the original Porsche Flat Six drop (it sold out in a few hours) and after some customer service questioning they confirmed that it comes with zero warranty. Which i find funny as the Law in Europe imposes a minimum warranty even for second hand purchases in all items sold.
But so far the watch its running awesome and for the price paid i will not mind to fork €250 for a complete revision in some years. But yeah, MD should be clear with this. The exact CS answer was: "If its not clearly stated in the description, the item has no warranty" , so heads up, fellows.
