So far it is working well, at first it would not hold up my 12.9” iPad, then I discovered the wrench and was able to tighten up the ring which now holds up my iPad fine, overall it could have more articulations for better positioning, and it is pretty stiff to move around, and I’m glad it has not broken like the other reviewers, they should get a refund. Drop, you should be more rigorous in your vetting process, having to wait for months to get this delivered seems like your just offering the product without really vetting it, then it’s your reputation that is damaged.
The arm looks great. I had no problems with the adjustability of the arm. No issues with any loose joints. Here's where the good ends. The arm says to be rated for an iPad Pro 12.9 and I've only used an iPad Air 10.9 on it. After roughly two weeks of barely any adjustment, and for that, it was just rotating the iPad end a bit, the arm snapped from the base joint. You can clearly see where it snapped that this point needed to be at the minimum entirely solid, if not reinforced.
Yikes...this thing is bad. It gets 1 star for looks, but -42 stars for design/construction. The arms joints are incredibly stiff and you need about 10lbs of force to get them to move. The arms are attached to the joints with a small set screw that is alread coming loose, causing the arms to twist a degree or two. While I was waiting on this to ship I found a cheapo arm on amazon for $20... it is 100x better than this for less than half the price. Again, this thing looks great, but is functionally useless.
