bought one of these on amazon a while ago for the same price and returned it immediately because of faulty welding. entirely defeats the point of having a solid steel lockbox for your cards when the box doesn't hold its form. i support neither REP Gaming for this shoddy product nor Massdrop for its non-discount on it.

Unfortunately I was never made aware of your issue. If I had been you would have immediately received a replacement unit. We strive to produce and sell nothing but excellent product and until I read your note here, we were under the impression that we had been successful in that endeavor. If you could please email me at dlanpher@repindustries.com I will be more than happy to send you out a new unit. Again I do apologize for the receipt of a defective unit. You are correct however, a bad weld defeats the purpose of our deck box. Please be assured that we take quality issues very seriously, and will work hard to ensure that is the first and last time a bad weld gets past our quality control.

artibyrdyo man good looking out. Thats some dedicated customer service. I have been wanting one of these since the Prof reviewed them and now I feel super secure in my purchase.
