A
Pros
Cutest display, changing color indicating power output status (white: not charging, yellow: slow charging, blue: fast charging, green: full-speed charging)
35W max, more than enough for QC most devices
Fun retro aesthetic
Includes international adapters
Cons
35W max, not 65W (not biggest con if aware \ not relevant to you)
Only one (1) USB-C port
$35-$40 is bit much for a power brick, but aesthetics more than make up
General
Definitely know what you're purchasing, this isn't a full fledged 65W power brick. 35W max handling, only one port no power split\distribution. Almost properly charges my steam deck (need 45W) but more than enough for any mobile phones and tablets I have laying around the house. I keep it in a corner of an end table for people to charge their phones. Colors are nice with a pastel finish, plenty bright to display the LED power output indicator (above). Great stocking stuffer \ niche gift.
Great if you have visible power strips and want to make that look like a conscious choice. And Apple finally caught up and is using USB-C, whoever designed this chose wisely.
The plug looks great & exactly as described.
Feels like a well made premium product instead of the millions of cheap online alternatives.
It charges all of my devices, including an M1 MacBook Air, very fast and its colour variants look super while doing so.
I only wish the default screen decal was removable instead of having to stick included stickers over the top. It would’ve also been better to have a ‘no decal’ screen option…but alas.
Great buy but, some heads up for prospective buyers
Overall, if you like the aesthetic of retro PCs and want something that shows your love for the old times then this product is perfect for you. The size and power output of this charger are top-notch, not eating up much space along a powerstrip or preventing you from plugging in other plugs on a wall mount due to its size an issue I find that these styles of chargers tend to have. The charging ability on the charger is top-notch being competitive to the Apple 20W charger while not taking as much space. Despite the praise, there is one important part I want to highlight regarding the website images. That is, there is no floppy disk, mouse, or keyboard included with the product. While this is a really small issue, one of the main reasons it caught my eye on the website page was these items. Overall, the product's portability, power, and look more than make up for this factor but, I wanted to leave this to inform others. Overall, I would recommend this to users who enjoy the style of the charger as it matches other chargers in terms of providing fast changeability while being eye-catching and a joy to steal a peak at once in a while working.
And according to the better half, super cute. It came with travel adapters, which was a nice touch.
I've been using it to keep my work MacBook charged up while working from home.
When plugging my phone in (note 10+) it gives me 'super fast charging', this little guy is a beast.
It doesn't take up much room on a power strip either. Not a single negative to report.
Love this little guy. It puts a great personality and a little nostalgia into something as mundane as “charging.” Love everything about it but especially the LED indicator that tells you how well (or not at all) the device is charging.
