Decent light, I have a 14500 in mine. Purchased the some Sanyo UR14500P flat tops, which seem to be working fine. My only complaint is that the moonlight mode is absolutely useless imo, and would rather the light cycle through low-med-high-moonlight.
Update: I was actually pretty disappointed with this light, until I figured this out. Not sure if this is mentioned below, but I discovered that you can click (-light on), then cycle through all of the modes with taps/pressing half-way with no click, then click (-light off). If you don't know, now you know.

kenichiwaI thought the same thing about the moonlight until I just woke up in the dark. Grabbed the light and turned it on. The low light worked well enough as to let my eyes adjust wo being blinded w a brighter setting right off the bat. Once I was awake, stepped up the power. However, in any other setting, I'd probably want the low setting first.
