I ended up with a pair of chocolate brown roughouts w/ a Sestriere sole. I purchased directly from Ron. These are *not* over-rated. They fit my wide foot very well: I'm a 7.5E Brannock and ordered a 7.5. They are snug but comfortable. Finish is flawless: nicer than, say, my Allen Edmonds, or Loakes. At these prices, I wouldn't buy a boot from another manufacturer.
