I've had the same issues as others, after just a couple days a part of the left side clip fell off, and at the beginning they were difficult to use and didn't spring back. "They" do now. And I put "they" in quotations because after just a few weeks the left side clip simply fell off, in similar fashions to which others have experienced. Also, I just generally don't like the design of the two compartments, I find that it's not well supported and thus flimsy, which makes the storage of items that aren't the full length of the bag awkward. Along with that, the side pocket is so very deep for how narrow it is. I use it for my car keys but they're difficult to remove each time I go to grab them. What I also found was that the plastic which is placed between the leather straps and the canvas was quite poorly cut. It overhangs, though doesn't look too bad because it's clear plastic, but even still the fact that such a thing has happened is just disappointing. Another issue I have with the design, though I honestly don't know how you're supposed to avoid with this style of bag, is the handle. If you don't secure the front flap via the clips, it makes it a massive hassle to use the top handle, and will probably cause the contents to tumble out.
