The movement should be Seagull ST2150 (
) It should hack and wind. I couldn't dig up any info on accuracy or durability.
Perhaps the staff can help us out here as to exactly what movement this uses.

MilktearifficSeagull is very very good, its as good as the mid-level Swiss stuff like ETA and Valjou movements. They are still playing "catch up" with the Swiss high end stuff... but the gap is closing quickly.
