MY fellow audiophiles 🤘 I come in peace. I'm A lower tier audiophile?? MY question is I listen to metal,punk & hardcore.mostly. I'm purchasing " SONY MDR1AM2" or"MONSTER BEATS BY DR ELEMENTS" Think that's what those are called. I know they have the Rose Gold which I love. MY question you ask? Input! Opinions! Ideas , thoughts etc . anything I should know and what maybe I should know.TY GUYS

Look into Grado - specifically the SR-60x. Grados should hit the spot based on your choices of music genres.

Will the HD559 work with balanced wiring? The included photos seem to show the internal connector with 4 poles (3 rings) but I still want to be certain that I don't damage my player/amplifier if I use an aftermarket balanced cable. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

The HD559 look like they're the same form factor as the HD599 which I have. They are internally balanced, and I use an aftermarket balanced cable with mine to a SMSL SP200. Finding an "nice" aftermarket cable with the stupid 2.5mm locking end they use is like finding hens teeth though.
